Die
Entwicklungspartnerschaft WiKoM beteiligt sich an der
Transnationalen EQUAL-Partnerschaft ESPERANZA
|

Im Rahmen
der 2. Förderrunde der EU-Gemeinschaftsinitiative EQAUL
beteiligt sich die in Mittelthüringen ansässige
Entwicklungspartnerschaft „WiKoM - Wissens- und
Kompe-tenzmanagement“ an der transnationalen
Partnerschaft ESPERANZA. |

Die
Partnerschaft wurde im Frühjahr 2005 im Verlauf der
Aktion 1 des Förderprogramms EQUAL gegründet und auf der
Grundlage eines gemeinsamen Agreements (TCA) vertraglich
vereinbart. |

Im Rahmen
der EQUAL-Programmatik hat sich ESPERANZA Ziele gesetzt,
die im weitesten Sinne darauf abzielen, die
Anpassungsfähigkeit der Kleinen und Mittleren
Unternehmen (KMU) an die Veränderungen der Märkte zu
verbessern und damit zur Stabilisierung und Erweiterung
der Beschäftigungssituation beizutragen. |
|
|
|
Jede
Partnerschaft erarbeitet im eigenen regionalen Bereich
innovative Elemente der Problemanalyse und Problemlösung
in engem Kontakt zu den Unternehmen - dabei werden
sowohl die Führungskräfte wie auch die Beschäftigten
beraten und qualifiziert. |
|
|
|
Die
Erfahrungen aus dieser Arbeit werden gemeinsam
ausgewertet. Die Partner wollen dabei voneinander lernen
und sie beabsichtigen, einige Lösungsideen und -ansätze
gemeinsam weiter zu entwickeln und mit interessierten
Unternehmen zu erproben. |

Für die
Region Mittelthüringen, in der WiKoM wirkt, bedeutet
dies, dass interessierte Un-ternehmen aus der
internationalen Zusammenarbeit lernen können. |
|

regional labour markets and their presentation and
sharing to Esperanza. Parallel study by PRISMA of
analysis done by Esperanza DPs. Product is Shared
Technical Report (STR) that will contain possible
ac-tions to be adopted with the same rules in any
DPs.

Development of awareness processes for management
and employees in SME`s in be-half of introduce ICT
as a strategic factor, consulting and training for
changing processes and development of tailor made
ICT-solutions.

parallel, then joint development of methods for
promotion of flexibility by means of knowledge-based
processes. To this end, initiatives based on
cooperation should be developed and exchanged. This
should be followed by an examination process to

for implementation in each of the other na-tional
contexts. Tools and case studies are foreseen as
products for dissemination

innovate by implementing proce-dures that provide
information about market and technology changes.

design, start-up, validation and management with
safe communication plat-form. It will be the
Esperanza common work-space accessible to 4 DPs by
passwords in order to share information,
process-orientated, results, best practice, etc.. In
addition, at the end of the Project, an open space
of this website will be used for local as well as
transnational results dissemination. Product is

2. Dezember 2005 fand das erste Arbeitstreffen der
Transnationalen Partner-schaft ESPERANZA auf Einladung
von WiKoM in Gotha im GET - Gothaer Existenzgrün-der-
